I am Really Depressed after Reading your mail

I am really depressed after reading your mail to Rukka. To be frank I was really unaware about this great violation that Mr. Raj Kumar Angdambe (An indigenous activist) was killed by Security force during peaceful demonstration demanding Limbuwan Autonomy in Jhapa District (Kerkha) eastern part of Nepal . Anyway, I got information and it should be the great concern on NHRC. I have attached the Complain Form of NHRC Nepal along with this mail. So, I kindly request to you please forward the complain to the concerned person or complete the Complain Register Form and returned to our Regional Office or mail to me I will forward It to our respective office. Please, suggest the concerned person not to forget to mention on Victim’s Name, age, full address ( permanent/ temporary), incident place, time and date. Likewisely, father’s name, victim’s contact number(if possible).
